These delicate and clear colours relax your eyes and pacify your mind. The light entering through the panoramic glass walls is soft and warm in the morning, and gets more intense in the afternoon, when the sun sets over the sea. Enjoy this view one breath at a time, while being lulled by the whirlpool bath, or sitting around the external heated pool.

Hot&Cold Rooms

The unique and welcoming design of this area accompany our guests in their wellness itinerary. There is a central Kneipp path, an actual Hammam (tepidarium, calidarium and frigidarium), the bio sauna, the finnish sauna, various emotional showers and a room dedicated to relaxation. It is a real sensorial awakening, for a rediscovery of our body and an inner purification.

Salt therapy

An evocative setting that combines the pleasantness of heat with the benefits of halotherapy. The micronized iodine particles in the air help improve breathing by reducing negative tensions and helping to reconcile psychophysical relaxation.

Cocoon bar

Nature and health starting from the food: Cocoon bar offers natural, healthy and tasty food, that can meet everyone’s needs: those who sufferfrom celiac disease, lactose intolerants, vegetarians and vegans. And you can taste this food while enjoying a spectacular view of the Gulf of Trieste
