By accessing and staying on the Website, the user accepts these general terms of contract. The User acknowledges that the use of the Website is governed by the general terms of the contract from time to time in force at the time of the last access. These conditions are available in Italian and English. In case of conflict between the two versions, the Italian language prevails.

Reserved Area: means that part of the Website given for exclusive use by the User, through which the same can, after authentication, access specific functions.

While taking the utmost care in maintaining the Website and selecting the related contents, the Real Estate does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the data and information present there or on the sites linked to it; consequently, any responsibility is declined for errors or omissions deriving directly or indirectly from the use of data and information on the Website. The User is therefore required to personally verify the accuracy of the information contained on the Site, before taking any action.
In any case, the User is required to provide personal contact data that can only be traced back to his person and not shared with third parties.
The Website provides the User with the possibility to reserve an apartment for 24 hours (or a different pre-established time) during which it will not be visible or available on the Website (hereinafter,”reserve”). If the purchase proposal is not finalized within 24 hours (or a different pre-established time), the reserved apartment will once again be visible and available on the Website. It will be possible to book only one apartment and only once. For the purpose of the Reserve, you will be asked to enter your credit card number and it will be verified that the amount indicated on the Website is present on the card. Only then will it be possible to reserve the apartment. Following the Reserve, the indicated amount will be blocked and, consequently, for 24 hours (or different pre-established time) it will not be available on the credit card. At the end of the 24-hour period (or different pre-established time) of Reserve, both in case of non-finalization of the purchase proposal and in case of finalization of the same, the blocked amount will be available again according to the contractual times defined by the User's bank. In either case, there will be no charge.
The Website provides the possibility for the User to formulate a purchase proposal using, alternatively:
Where defined by the purchase proposal, the User may be required to pay a sum of money as a security deposit by bank transfer or check. You will then be asked to upload the check and transfer code.
The User will be responsible for all activities and operations carried out with the activated Account and will immediately notify the Real Estate, by email, of any unauthorized use of their account and access to the Reserved Area.
The Website, considered in its entirety, as well as all the material contained therein, is protected by laws on copyright and other intellectual property rights.
The contents published or in any case present on the Site - including, by way of example and not limited to, the brands, logos, images, press releases and documents generally produced therein, as well as the application software and the codes used for the implementation of the Site - are the exclusive property of the Real Estate, or used with the authorization or license of the relevant owner.
On them, the Real Estate reserves all rights, including that of reproduction: the User can use these contents only if this is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Site. Any different use must be considered prohibited. The copying and reproduction of any text on the Site and/or on other sites managed by the Real Estate is not considered a permitted operation.
The security of data transmitted through the Internet's own protocols cannot be guaranteed with the degree of certainty. It is possible that third parties are able to intercept transmissions or private communications transmitted on the Website without the permission or without the knowledge of the Real Estate, which undertakes to adopt appropriate security measures, without ensuring the security of any information transmitted or the security of access to the Website itself.
From now on, at its sole discretion, the Real Estate reserves the right to interrupt or suspend the Service at any time to maintain, modify and/or update the Website. During the activities indicated here, the Website may not be temporarily available or in any case usable.
The hypertext links on the Website may direct the user to web pages on websites other than this one, considered to be of possible interest to the user.
The User acknowledges and acknowledges that Real Estate has no control over the content of these sites and, as a mere third party, has no responsibility for the content and/or material, including advertising, disclosed on such external sites or resources.

A part of the images shown on the website is developed with computer graphic techniques (photorealistic rendering), with reference to façade details and elevations, common parts, private parts and interiors of the apartments, for the sole purpose of proposing a hypothesis of future creation and/or potential of the various solutions following the customization of users.
